As a former coach, John has a love for the community and surrounding areas. John grew up and graduated high school in Celina, Texas. Receiving his Bachler’s Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2010 he was recruited to come back to the area and coach and teach at Celina ISD.
Landry grew up in Celina, TX where he enjoyed playing sports and being outdoors. Upon graduation from Celina High School, Landry went on to Texas Tech University where he obtained a BBA in General Business in 2005 and an MBA in Business Management in 2007. After graduation, Landry moved to the Metroplex to begin a career in corporate finance.
McKenzie lived in Frisco for over 25 years until she got married and moved away with her husband. She started a career in cosmetology in 2010, but not long after she decided to follow in her fathers footsteps and become Real Estate Agent. She is now working alongside her father here at Herrin Real Estate.
Patti Ann Hale established Patti Ann’s Flowers in 1981 when she was 22 years old. From the beginning she knew the key to success was excellence, honesty, integrity and most of all customer service and by applying those principles over the next 18 years Patti Ann’s Flowers grew to become one of the largest grossing retail florists in North Texas.
Randy has been a licensed Salesman or Broker for over 30 years and an associate of Herrin Real Estate LLC for 9 years. Randy graduated in 1973 from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. His expertise is in the sales and listing of land and residential properties.

Tom Harper was raised in Arkansas with a love for the land and outdoors. A brief stint in the Marine Corp Reserves, and a retail career with Dillard’s department store, brought management and buying skills to his resume. After 10 years in retail Tom became a manufactures representative where he eventually co-owned 3 showrooms in the Dallas Trade Mart.
